Vowles has his heart set on signing Sainz as he says odds are in my favour for Williams to secure him
The fate of Carlos Sainz has been a hot topic all season long, every since Ferrari announced the signing of Lewis Hamilton all the way back in January. And James Vowles once again stated that the Spaniard remains his number one target as he seeks to fill the second seat at Williams next year alongside Alex Albon.
